Are here to heal ourselves.
Or to at least hold space for the witness to do it. To see it. To experience it all. And in just witnessing....we are liberated.

You are being witnessed now.  
Hold it. Don’t turn away. See this as your chance to be set free. 
Through the pain, through the discomfort. Through diamond laser lens of camera glass. 
I’m here to instruct you to hold on. But not grasp. Hold as in a dance. Keep the dance of the witness gazed upon you.
